摘要:

液压支架顶梁防撞装置是为了防止液压支架和采煤机在生产过程中配合出现问题而设置的保护装置,此装置在整个采煤过程中损坏几率较大且现场不易维修。在液压支架升井检修时,顶梁防撞装置要进行再制造优化,原材料的选择、焊接工艺的选择和设备井下使用的规范性都会对此装置的寿命产生极大影响。

Hydraulic support top beam collisionprotection device was provided for prevent collision between hydraulic support and coal cutter. This device is very likely damaged and very hard to repair. During maintenance of hydraulic support, top beam collisionprotection devicewas remanufactured. The selection of material and welding, and operation affected the lifespan of device.
