摘要:

华能铜川照金电厂在超低排放改造后,随着脱硝系统的投运,空预器差压逐渐升高,通过分析空预器差压升高的原因和NH4HSO4的物理特性,通过温升法将NH4HSO4气化并随烟气带走,从而达到降低空预器差压的目的,解决了空预器堵塞的问题。

Abstract:

Tongchuan Zhaojin Power Plant carries out an ultralow emissions modification. As the denitration system is put into operation, the air preheater's differential pressure rises gradually. Through analyzing the causes of the rise of air preheater’s differential pressure and physical characteristics of NH4HSO4, temperature rising method can gasify NH4HSO4 and carry it away with smoke, so as to achieve the aim of reducing air preheater's differential pressure and solve the problem of the air preheater clogging.
