摘要:

燃气轮机一般采用静态变频器启动装置(SFC)供电拖动的启动方式。SFC系统逻辑比较复杂,出现故障会影响整个机组启动和运行。掌握SFC系统原理,完善报警信息系统,对拖动过程中出现问题的进行快速处理,有利于为机组并网节约时间,保障机组正常启动。通过在实际应用中测试和探索,提出了SFC运行中常见问题的优化解决方案。

Abstract:

Gas turbine generally adopts the static frequency converter (SFC) as startup mode of electric drive. The SFC system has a complex logic system, and its faults affects the startup and operation of the whole unit. Mastering the principle of SFC system and improving alarm information system can speed up the problem solving of electric driving, save the time for the paralleling to the grid, and ensure the normal start of the unit. Through practical tests and exploration a solution optimization scheme is put forward to solve the general problems in SFC operation.
