摘要:

华电潍坊发电有限公司在承担某电厂二期锅炉防磨防爆检查时,发现低温再热器吹损严重,对该区域受热面进行检查,判断吹灰器与管排间距小、护瓦安装缺陷是引起受热面吹损的关键因素,并针对这些因素提出了上部优化护瓦安装工艺、下部安装“L”形护板和降低吹灰频次等处理及预防方案。

Abstract:

When Huadian Weifang Power Generation Company Limited took part in an antiwear and explosionproof inspection on a secondphase power plant boiler, it was found that the lowtemperature reheater suffered a serious blowing. Inspection on the heating area was carried out to found out whether the narrow spacing between the soot blower and the tube rows, the installation defect of protecting tile were the key factors causing blowing loss on the heating surface. According to these factors, the optimized installation process of the upper protecting tile, the installation of the “L” shield at the lower part, and reduce the frequency of soot blows are recommended.
