摘要:

以某600MW燃煤机组石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)系统为例,通过对进出口烟气及烟气颗粒物中所携带的多环芳烃(PAHs)进行测试对比,分析了PAHs在WFGD系统进出口的质量浓度变化。测试结果显示:燃煤电厂产生PAHs的质量浓度为1126.7ng/m3,其中66.8%分布在烟气颗粒物中;WFGD系统对PAHs的脱除率为60.0%,对4环及5环以上PAHs脱除率为68.5%和59.2%,明显高于2~3环PAHs脱除率。

Abstract:

Taking a 600MW coalfired unit limestonegypsum wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) system as an example, the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) carried within flue gas and flue gas particulate at inlets and outlets were tested and compared. The alteration of PAHs concentration at inlets and outlets of WFGD system are analyzed. The test results show that PAHs concentration carried within flue gas is 1126.7ng/m3 and more than 66.8% of it is distributed in flue gas particulate. The removal rate of WFGD system to PAHs is 60% and the removal rate to tetracyclic hydrocarbon and PAHs with five or more membered rings are 68.5% and 59.2% respectively, which is much higher than the removal rate to PAHs with 2 or 3 membered rings.
