摘要:

浙江省部分600MW级汽轮发电机组通流改造后启动及运行过程中存在振动问题,对各机组的不同振动现象进行了分析,对质量不平衡、结构共振、过临界转速升速率小等振动问题给出了应对措施,可为设计及运行人员提供参考。

Abstract:

Vibration problems during the startup and operation period are found in some 600MW steam turbine units in Zhejiang Province after the flow path retrofitting. Causes of vibration faults of different units include mass imbalance, resonance and low accelerate ratio at overcritical speed. Countermeasures of these problems are given, which provides a reference for engineers and designers of the retrofitting.
