摘要:

某电厂1台MS9001E型燃机发电机转子经过长期运行后存在轴颈磨损情况,并引发发电机漏氢现象。经电厂技术分析和方案比较后,采用激光表面熔复技术工艺对轴颈进行修复,取得了良好效果,为国内第一代长期运行的MS9001E型燃机轴颈磨损的修复提供了经验。

Abstract:

After a longtime operation, there was rotor journal wearing on an MS9001E gas turbine generator in a power plant, which caused hydrogen leakage of the generator. After technical analysis and program comparison, laser cladding technology was used to repair the journal. It has achieved good results and provides experience for the journal wear repair of MS9001E gas turbine, the firstgeneration longrunning turbine.
