摘要:

变压器油中溶解的特征气体和其含量变化反映了变压器内部故障类型和故障的严重程度,三比值法和故障模型综合分析基本可以确定变压器故障类型及其严重程度。通过某厂 #5机组主变C相故障实例,判断结果为该变压器需要立即停运检修,吊罩检查后发现本体内部存在放电点,经处理后该变压器重新投入运行。提出了防止变压器故障的措施,目前该变压器运行稳定,油色谱检测结果正常,结果表明该诊断方法可行有效。

Abstract:

The change of the dissolved characteristic gas and its content in the transformer oil reflects the type and the severity of transformer internal fault. The threeratio method and the comprehensive analysis by fault model can basically determine the type and severity of the transformer fault. In the case of the C phase fault in the main transformer of #5 unit of a plant, the transformer is in need of overhaul. After the inspection with hanged hood, the discharge point is found inside the body. After treatment, the transformer is put into operation again and the measures to prevent the transformer fault are put forward. At present, the operation of the transformer is stable and oil chromatography is normal. The result shows that the diagnosis method is feasible and effective.
