水环泵出力低的原因分析及处理措施

摘要:

水环泵出力的降低将造成凝汽器真空的下降,直接影响机组运行的经济性和安全性。保证水环泵出力的稳定对安全生产具有重要意义。对 #14机组真空泵B出力下降的原因进行分析,并指定对策。运用孔探检测和ZJ-821除垢剂使真空泵14B冷却器的换热效果得到改善,从而恢复了水环泵的出力。此设备异常处理的手段在常见故障中具有典型性,可归结为特殊解决措施。

Abstract:

The decrease of water ring pumpoutput will deteriorate the condenser vacuum, which directly affects the economy and safety of the unit operation. Ensuring the output stability of the water ring pump is of great significance for safety in production.It analyzes the reasons for the output decreaseof vacuum pump B in #14 unit and provides corresponding solution.Borescope detection and ZJ-821 disincrustant can greatly improved the heat transfer effect of the cooler in 14B vacuum pump, thereby restore the output of the water ring pump. The method for solving the anomaly of this device is typical and can be attributed to special solutions.
