摘要:

华能铜川照金电厂在未进行设备技术改造的前提下,对以往机组启动过程各阶段参数进行深入分析,通过优化运行操作,将机组并网前脱硝系统入口烟气温度由约265℃调整至约298℃,烟温达到了脱硝催化剂最低连续喷氨温度之上,实现了在机组并网前投入脱硝系统。介绍了主要技术措施及调整前后参数变化,供解决同类问题时参考。

Abstract:

Before the technical reform on equipment in Huaneng Tongchuan Zhaojin Power Plant, indepth analysis of the parameters at each stage before startup process were carried out. By optimizing the operation, the flue gas temperature at inlet of denitration system before gridconnection increased from 265℃ to 298℃. The smoke temperature reached the minimum temperature required by continuous spraying ammonia of denitration catalyst. The denitration system was put into practice before the gridconnection. The main technical measures and parameters before and after the adjustment are introduced for reference in solving similar problems.
