中广核阳江核电有限公司核电机组自投入商业运行以来,除盐除氧水贮存箱REA001/002BA共出现15次氧含量超标事件。该水箱主要用于向一回路换水补给,氧含量超标会导致核电站一回路补给水质不合格,严重影响机组安全运行。从REA001/002BA制水回路设备、REA水箱房间设备、泵房间管道和阀门以及REA取样间设备等4个方面,对氧含量超标问题进行分析并提出了处理措施。

Abstract:

Since the commercial operation of nuclear units of CGN Yangjiang Nuclear Power Company Limited, there have been 15 cases of excessive oxygen content in the storage tank REA001/002BA for demineralized and deoxygenized water. The water tank is mainly used for water makeup to the primary loop. If the oxygen content exceeds the standard, the makeup water of the primary loop of the nuclear power plant will be unqualified, which will seriously affect the safe operation of the unit. Considering the REA001/002BA water loop equipment, equipment in REA tank room, piping and valves of pump room, and REA sampling equipment, the excessive oxygen content is analyzed and the treatment measures are proposed.
