摘要:

箱式变压器是光伏电站中将光伏逆变器出口低压交流升为高压交流的重要设备,基于大型光伏电站的运行特点,在土地安装面积有限的情况下,提出了将光伏电池组件布置在箱式变压器顶部进行集成发电的方案,在满足遮阳降温功能的同时,利用太阳能进行光伏发电。以某20MW光伏电站为例,对项目的系统效率、出力特性、项目的投资收益进行了详细的分析和测算。结果显示,在箱式变压器顶部安装光伏电池板可降低绕组温度20℃左右,在现有电价条件下,投资收益率可达到17%,综合表明该方案具有较大的实用价值。

Abstract:

Pad mounted transformer is an important equipment for photovoltaic power plants which can boost the low voltage AC of photovoltaic inverter to high voltage AC. Considering the operating characteristics of largescale photovoltaic power plants and the limited land area, it put forward an arrangement of photovoltaic modules on top of the pad mounted transformer for integrated power generation. It can generate power by using solar energy while meeting the shading function. Taking a 20MW PV plant as an example, detailed analysis and calculation of the project’s system efficiency, output characteristics, and project investment income are made.The results show that the installation of photovoltaic panels on the top of pad mounted transformer can reduce the winding temperature by around 20℃, and the return on investment is expected to be 17% under current electricity price. Comprehensively shows that the program has greater practical value.
