摘要：

某电厂 #2机组在A级检修中，发现低压转子左旋第5级及右旋第5级(即末二级)共27片叶片存在裂纹，综合外观检查和试验室各项试验结果，找到了造成 #2机组低压第5级叶片开裂的原因，可为相关问题的分析和处理提供参考。

Abstract:

During a class A overhaul of No.2 unit in a power plant, there are 27cracks fromlow pressure lefthanded fifth grade blade to righthanded fifth grade(that is the last second stage)blade.Through the comprehensive appearance inspection and laboratory test, the reason for the cracks on the low pressure fifth blade of No.2 unit are found.It can provide reference for the analysis and processing of related problems.
