摘要：

水击的发生一方面会对管路、阀门、法兰及密封直接造成冲击，另一方面可能引起共振造成事故扩大。结合葛洲坝电站 #5机组改造后无水试验水击的发生与处理，对调速油管路水击现象产生的原因进行分析，并提出防范水击产生的方法以及水击发生时现场处理措施。

Abstract:

On one hand,the occurrence of water hammer directly impacts pipelines,valves,flanges and seals.On the other hand,it may cause resonance and expanding the accident.Combined with the occurrence and treatment of the water hammer in a waterless test after the transformation of the Gezhouba Power Station No.5 unit,the causes of the water hammer in the governor oil pipeline are analyzed, and prevention methods for water hammer and onsite treatment for water hammer are proposed.
