摘要:

某600MW机组锅炉由于减温器混合管定位圆柱销脱落导致过热器、再热器相继爆管,对此,在全面分析定位圆柱销脱落机理及原因的基础上,提出并实施了减温器内混合管的固定方式由圆柱销固定方式改为采用固定板将减温器与混合管直接焊接牢固方式的优化改造方案,有效避免混合管松动问题以及附件脱落引起堵塞爆管问题。

Abstract:

There were tube explosions in the superheater and reheater of a 600MW unit boiler due to the decoupling of the cylindrical location pin on desuperheater mixing tube.Based on comprehensive analysis on mechanism and causes of the decoupling of the location pin,an optimization scheme is  proposed and implemented, in which fixed plate replaces the original cylindrical location pin to weld desuperheater to the mixing tube directly and firmly.Thereby the tube bursting caused byloose of mixing tube and decoupling of attachments can be avoided effectively.
