摘要:

燃煤电厂普遍采用的是石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术。随着国内电厂的脱硫系统的超低排放改造,改造后的脱硫系统普遍存在含硫量超设计值、脱硫效率低、制浆系统不能满足要求、石灰石的品质差等问题。脱硫添加剂作为一种类似活性剂的物质,可适量添加在湿法脱硫吸收塔的浆液中:这样一方面有利于浆液中石灰石的溶解和SO2的吸收,促进脱硫系统效率的提升;另一方面当浆液处于较低pH值,能够避免脱硫设备发生结垢堵塞,维护系统稳定性。HZY-1脱硫添加剂的效果得到了探究试验的验证。

Abstract:

:Limestonegypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology is widely taken by coalfired power plants.After desulfurization systems  ultralow emission transformation in domestic power plants, most of the desulfurization systems are of excessive sulfur content,low desulfurization efficiency and poor quality limestone, and the slurry making system can not meet the demand. Additive, act as active agent, can be add into the slurry of wet desulfurization absorption tower, which is beneficial to the dissolution of limestone, the absorption of SO2 in the slurry, and  the efficiency improvement of desulfurization system.On the other hand,the slurry which is of a low pH range can prevent desulfurization devices from scaling and clogging  and maintain the stability of the system。
