摘要: 随着我国法律法规及电力行业标准的日益严格,火电厂实施脱硫废水零排放已迫在眉睫。烟气蒸发技术
工艺简单,投资及运行成本较低,已成为终端废水零排放的主流方法。随着计算机技术的快速发展,计算流体动力
学(CFD)技术越来越广泛地应用于烟气蒸发技术中的烟气流体和液滴蒸发的数值模拟。归纳了液滴蒸发机理、气
液两相流及其数值研究现状,总结了烟气蒸发技术中的CFD数值方法和结果,为后续烟气蒸发技术的工程实践提
供了理论基础和技术支持,并提出该技术未来的发展方向。

关键词: 脱硫废水, 零排放, 烟气蒸发, CFD数值模拟, 低温烟道蒸发技术

Abstract: With the increasingly strict regulations and standards of power industry in China,implementation zero discharge
on desulfurized wastewater from thermal power plants is imminent.Since flue gas evaporation technology is simple,and of
low investment and operating costs,it has become the primary method for zero emission. With the rapid development of
computer technology,CFD is widely used in gas flow and droplets numerical simulation of flue gas evaporation technology.
The droplet evaporation mechanism,gas-liquid two-phase flow and its numerical research are concluded,and the CFD
numerical methods and the results of flue gas evaporation technology are summarized. It provides theoretical basis and
technical support for the following engineering practices of flue gas evaporation technology,and proposes a development
direction for it.
