摘要: 燃煤电厂脱硫废水处理采用旁路烟道蒸发处理工艺具有投资运行成本低、系统简单等优点,系统的运行效
果和运行稳定性受机组负荷、烟气温度、烟气流场等多个因素的影响。根据某300 MW燃煤机组烟气参数和脱硫废
水水质水量波动情况,对旁路烟道蒸发系统进行了优化设计。脱硫废水旁路烟道蒸发系统运行参数显示:系统运
行稳定,达到了设计要求;蒸发水量为5 m3/h的工况下,脱硫废水蒸发后粉煤灰氯离子质量分数在0.25%以内,不影
响粉煤灰的综合利用,锅炉效率下降约 0.43百分点。为了尽可能降低对锅炉效率的影响,可对脱硫废水进行浓缩
减量处理。

Abstract: The bypass flue evaporation treatment process for desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants is of
low cost in investment and operation,and easy to operation. Its performance is affected by many factors such as unit load,
flue gas temperature,and flue gas field. An optimization design is made on the bypass flue evaporation system in a 300
MW coal-fired power plant based on the gas indexes,variations of wastewater quality and quantity. According to the
operational parameters of the bypass flue evaporation system,it runs stably and meets the designing requirements. With 4.5
m3/h water evaporation quantity,the mass fraction of chloride ions in pulverized fuel ash after desulfurization wastewater
evaporation process is within 0.25%,which will not affect the comprehensive utilization of pulverized fuel ash,but will
decrease the boiler efficiency by approximately 0.43 percentage points. In order to minimize the impact on the boiler
efficiency,the desulfurization wastewater should be concentrated and reduced.
