摘要: 功率曲线是评估风机性能的重要指标之一。基于机舱传递函数的功率曲线具有高效、快速以及全面等特点。对3种主要的机舱传递函数计算方法进行全面剖析:动量理论修正法基于风轮动量理论的单元流管模型,采用机舱风速和功率进行自由流风速计算;分区多段线性拟合Binned-NTF修正法和高次多项式分区拟合修正法基于最小二乘法对机舱风速和激光雷达测风风速进行风速修正。以某平原风电场工程为例,采用这3种方法计算、修正的发电量误差在-2.33%~5.23%之间;采用拟合修正法的风速拟合精度和发电量误差率均优于动量理论修正法,而在拟合法中,高次多项式分区拟合修正法优于分区多段线性拟合Binned-NTF修正法。这是由于动量理论修正法受下截面风速近似化处理和机舱风速仪测量精度等因素的影响,误差率略大。综上所述,机舱风速仪测量精度会影响机舱传递函数计算方法的准确度,高次多项式分区拟合修正法优于其他2种机舱传递函数计算方法。

Abstract: Power curve is an important index to evaluate the performance of wind turbines. The power curve calculated by Nacelle Transfer Function is efficient,fast and comprehensive.A comprehensive analysis on three main Nacelle Transfer Functions was made. Among them,the momentum theory correction method based on momentum theory stream tube model is used to calculate the free flow wind speed according to the nacelle wind speed and power .The Binned-NTF correction method and the high-order polynomial partition fitting correction method use the nacelle wind speed and the wind speed measured by LiDAR to correct the wind speed based on the least square method. The engineering example of a plain wind farm shows that the fitting accuracy of wind speed and the error rate of power generation obtained by fitting methods are better than that made by momentum theory correction method. In the fitting methods,the high-order polynomial partition fitting method is better than the binned NTF method. The power generation error of the three methods is between -2.33% and 5.23%. The momentum theory correction method is affected by the approximation of lower section wind speed and the measurement accuracy of the nacelle anemometer,therefore the power generation error rate is slightly larger. In conclusion,the measurement accuracy of nacelle anemometer will affect the accuracy of NTF methods,and the high-order polynomial partition fitting correction method is better than the other two NTF methods.
