摘要:

电力电子变换器的高阶事件触发仿真方法缺乏对参数选择及仿真精度关系的研究。结合电力电子变换器的特点,基于事件触发的理论对电力电子变换器仿真过程进行分析,并提出一套基于事件触发算法实现的电力电子变换器仿真方法。针对多组变换器并联与考虑寄生参数瞬态过程2类变换器典型病态问题进行研究与测试,并归纳了算法阶数及量子大小的选取与仿真精度的非线性关系,总结得到不同问题下电力电子变换器事件触发仿真的参数选择及仿真精度优化方法。仿真结果验证了事件触发方法仿真的可行性和拓展性。

Abstract:

There is a lack of researches on parameter selection and simulation accuracy of the high-order event-driven simulation method for power electronic converters. Considering their characteristics, the simulation process of power electronic converters is analyzed based on event-driven architecture, and an event-driven simulation method for power electronic converters is proposed. Researches and simulations are conducted on the converters' parallel operation and transient process with parasitic parameters which are two typical ill-posed problems of converters. Non-linear relationships between algorithm orders, quantum sizes and simulation accuracy are concluded, and methods for parameter selection and simulation accuracy optimization under different circumstance are summarized. The feasibility and scalability of the proposed event-driven simulation method is proved by the simulation result.
