S109FA机组转子膨胀测量原理及定位分析

摘要: GE公司S109FA级单轴燃气轮机机组的汽机转子膨胀采用双传感器测量,由于MK VI控制系统的转子膨胀测量计算模块采用3级密码保护且该等级密码不对用户提供,给热工人员在维护转子膨胀测量系统时造成很大的麻烦。利用收集的各种转子膨胀测量的技术资料结合现场安装维护经验,对该计算模块的工作原理进行推算,从而为拥有同类型设备的热工人员对转子膨胀的安装、调试、定位提供参考。

Abstract: The turbine rotor expansion of GE S109FA class singleshaft gas turbine unit was measured by dual sensor. In the MK VI control system, the rotor expansion measurement and calculation module was protected by three stages password, and this level password was not provided to users. This makes great troubles for thermal technician in maintenance of rotor expansion measurement system. By using collected various technical materials of rotor expansion measurement, combining with field installation and maintenance experiences, the working principle of the calculating module was extrapolated. The result can be used as reference for thermal technicians in installation, debug and location of rotor expansion measurement system of same type equipment.
