摘要: 由于高、低背压凝汽器抽空气管路采用串联布置方式,导致高背压凝汽器抽空气排挤低背压抽气,致使低压凝汽器抽空气不能达到设计要求,造成真空值和高、低背压凝汽器背压差值偏低,降低了系统经济性。采取了相应措施,对双背压凝汽器抽气系统进行了改造,经济效益明显。

Abstract: The air extraction tubes of highpressure condenser and lowpressure condenser in a unit were arranged in series mode, and this caused the extracted air of highpressure condenser to push aside the extracted air of lowpressure condenser. The air extraction of lowpressure condenser was not reached to the designed requirement; the vacuity of the lowpressure condenser was lower, and the difference between highpressure condenser and lowpressure condenser was also lower. Then the system economical efficiency was decreased. The air extraction system of twopressure condenser had been reformed by adopting some relevant measures, and obvious economical benefit was obtained.
