摘要: 中小型汽轮机组在频繁启动过程中轴封套普遍存在严重磨损的现象,多数热电厂都会按照制造厂规定值的上限值或更大值对全部前汽封(后汽封)进行调整,导致前汽封漏汽量逐渐增大,甚至造成汽轮机油质严重恶化。提出了制造厂的规定值与热态启动时最大允许值相结合的调整方法,有效避免了汽封动、静之间的磨损。

Abstract: The severe wear of shaft gland sleeve is widely existed in middle and small turbine units due to frequently startingup. In most thermal power plants, all front gland seals (rear gland seals) were adjusted according to the upper limit of specified value of the clearance given by manufacturer or larger value, and this caused the steam leakage of front gland seal to increase gradually, even caused the quality of turbine oil to deteriorate seriously. An adjustment method, in which the specified value given by manufacturer is combined with the maximum allowable value during hot startingup, was proposed, and the wear between the moving and static parts of gland seal was avoided successfully by the method.
