Analysis on “11.5” accident of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:The process of the “11.5” accident was introduced. The reasons of the accident were analyzed. The preventive measures for the power transmission and transformation equipments to cope with severe weather were given. The concrete overhaul items and the management standard were shown clearly. The results of this paper provide reference for dealing with similar problems.
