Abstract: The sealing principle, the basic structure and the main components of the nozzle dam of the steam renerator in Sanmen Nuclear Power Company Limited were introduced.The
site installation of the nozzle dam of the steam generator No. 1 of Sanmen Nuclear Power Company Limited was discribed.The matters needing attention during nozzle dam installation process were summarized. The nozzle dam of Sanmen Nulear Power Company Limited was compared with the nozzle dams of other nuclear power stations.The advantages and the disadvantages of the nozzle dam of Sanmen Nulear Power Company Limited were summarized, and the suggestions for improvement were proposed.
