Application of tripod turnover formwork technique in the heightening construction of the outer cylinder of stack

Abstract:In order to prevent the pollution from exceeding the code specified,Shanxi Qingshuichuan Energy Corporation Limited are planing to
heightening the stacks completed at the second phase from 210m to 240m.According to the design code for stacks and the actual situation of the work site,the tripod turnover framework technique was applied to make sure the projection quality and outside surfaces uniform.In this paper,the working process and the emphasis of the this technique during constructions were introduced,which also provide references to the similar projects.
