Optimum capacity test of grooming fan for 350MW unit air preheater

Abstract:A certain air preheater of power plant is adopting a combination of mechanical seal and grooming fan seal.Under the real operating
situation,a optimum capacity test of grooming fan under 190MW was conducted to test its boiler efficiency,air leakage rate of air preheater,power consumption of fan,power supply coal consumption and the cost of coal at different frequencies.The test shows that
under 190MW,the best frequency conversion of air preheater of grooming fan is 47Hz,which can save 48000 yuan for the unit.
