Retrofitting of flue pipe mist eliminator of 330MW thermal power unit

Abstract:

With constant improvement of the national environmental protection requirements and increasingly strict air pollutants emission standards on coalfired power plant, soot have become the priority of environmental upgrade project in thermal power plants, besides sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides. In Huadian Luohe Power Generation Company Limited 330MW thermal power unit, the quality concentration of the droplet at the outlet of desulfurization device fluctuates greatly.The retrofitting scheme of twostage mist eliminator at the tail of desulphurizing flue is settled with experimental demonstration.After mist eliminator is installed on purifying flue,the quality concentration of smoke emission at the chimney inlet drops to 30mg/m3.
