Abstract:

Denitration catalyst is the core part of coalfired power plant’s flue gas denitration system. It discusses and summarize three factors that will affect design and selection of honeycomb flue gas denitrification catalyst  which are active damping coefficient β, condition  of flue gas and the requirements for performance guarantee. The ash content of flue gas determines the selection of catalyst pitch (hole). Active damping coefficient β, O2 content in flue gas, H2O content, reaction temperature and requirements  for performance guarantee (denitration efficiency, oxidation rate of SO2 and NH3 escape) jointly determine the final catalyst volume.
