Abstract:

With the rapid development of industrial robot technology in China,industrial robots have been widely used in many fields. In the fuel intelligentization of thermal power generation industry, the feasibility, design and precautions of industrial robot technology in coal automated sampling and analysis system are mainly discussed. A new intelligent sampling system which can realize sample preparation, sample packaging, code recognition and moisture detection by utilizing general industrial robot technology is proposed. The robotic sampling system can be applied to the coal intelligent sampling system, and can also be used alone in the coal sampling room, so that the preparation, detection and other processes of the coal sampling can be intelligent, unmanned, standardized and dustfree.
