Abstract:

Taking pulleys on the Silin ship lift as the research object， the manufacturing routing of the large diameter doublespoke pulley is introduced in detail according to its structure characteristics.The key manufacturing processes that affect the performance of large diameter doublespoke pulleys,such as rope groove rolling,rope groove welding, postwelding stress removal and pulley machining,are analyzed and studied. The detection results of pulley residual stress show that the technology can effectively control the forming quality of pulleys, and vibration stress relief can effectively remove the pulley stress after welding, which provides an important basis for the application of large diameter doublespoke pulleys on the ship lift.
