Abstract:
The design features of DLN1.0+ and LEC-NextGen combustion systems for gas turbines newly developed by GE and PSM are compared. The design methods of the two combustion systems in improving fuel premixing uniformity, reducing flame temperature, improving cooling efficiency, reducing flow loss and reducing contact surface wear were analyzed.NOx mass concentration discharged by either combustor above is less than half of that discharged by DLN1.0 combustor, and the maintenance interval is doubled or tripled. The CO mass concentration discharged by LEC-NextGen combustor is lower than 1.25mg/m3.
