摘要:

进气过滤系统作为外界大气进入燃气轮机的一道重要防线,对燃气发电企业的安全、经济运行至关重要。江苏华电戚墅堰发电有限公司对1M701F4燃气轮机进气过滤系统预过滤器进行了技术改造,通过增加预过滤器面积,同时将过滤等级由G4级提高到M6级。改造前后数据显示,燃气轮机压气机效率每1000h运行时间内的下降速率减缓约1.0~1.5百分点,联合循环热耗率每500h降低0.18kJ/(kW·h),精滤使用寿命从2400~2500h提高到接近6000h,同时精滤在极端雨雾天气条件下的最高压差下降40 ~50Pa。改造结果显示,提高预过滤器等级以及增大过滤面积能够明显提高机组安全性和经济性。

Abstract:

As an important line of defense for the air taken into gas turbines, air filtration system is essential for the safe and economic operation of gasfired power generation enterprises. Huadian Qishuyan Power Generation Company Limited took an technical modification on prefilters of a air intake filtration system in a M701F4 gas turbine. By increasing the area of prefilters and updating the filtration class from G4 to M6, the dropping rate of the gas turbine compressor efficiency decreased 1.0~1.5 percentage points per 1000 operating hours, the combined cycle heat consumption rate decreased by 0.24kJ/(kW·h) per 500 operating hours, and the service life of fine filters increased from 2400~2500h to nearly 6000h. At the same time, the highest pressure differential of fine filters in rainy, foggy and other extreme weather dropped by about 40~50Pa. The modification results show that upgrading the filtration class and increase the filtration area can significantly improve the safety and economy of the unit.
