摘要:

针对锅炉干湿态转换过程中的操作技术要点,对系统运行调节的各主要参数进行控制,包括给水量、给煤量、水煤比、汽温、压力、机组控制方式等主要参数的控制(每个工况点的参数数据)进行分析。总结出关键点,指导值班人员正确可靠的操作,提高操作水平,从而保证机组启、停安全。

Abstract:

According to the boilers’main operating technique points in the process of dry and wet state conversion, main parameters of the system operation and adjustment are controlled. Main parameters including feed capacity of water, feed capacity of coal, watercoal ratio, steam temperature, pressure and control method of units (parameter data under every working conditions) are analyzed. The key points are summarized to guide the operators to operate correctly and reliably. Improving the operation level can ensure the safety of unit in start and stop phrases.
