摘要:

锅炉受热面管氧化皮问题严重影响电站机组的安全经济运行。基于氧化皮的生成及剥落机理,介绍了氧化皮的防护和治理技术,具体包括运行控制、氧化皮测厚、堆积情况检测/评估/预测、化学清洗和换管等内容,为受热面管氧化皮的防治工作提供参考,对电站机组的安全运行具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

Oxide coating seriously affects the safe and economic operation of power plants’ units. It introduces the protection and control technology of oxide coating based on the mechanism of its formation and spalling. It includes operation control, detection/assessment/ forecast of coating thickness and accumulation situation, chemical cleaning and changing tube. It provides a reference to the protection and control of oxide coating on heating surfaces,which is a guidance of safe operation of units.
