摘要:

基于matlab语言程序的简单便捷以及强大的振动信号数据处理分析功能,对检测到的滚动轴承振动信号数据进行时域分析,在进行频域和倒频谱分析的时候,采用一种能量特征值的方法,对信号数据进行处理,并且得到其各类特征值参数趋势曲线,从而更加直观地对滚动轴承进行数据监测分析和寿命预测。

Abstract:

Based on the simplicity, convenience and powerful data processing function on vibration signal of the matlab language program, the timedomain analysis is performed on detected rolling bearing vibration signal. In the frequency domain and cepstrum analysis, an energy eigenvalue is used. The signal data is processed, and the trend curves of various eigenvalue parameters are obtained, so that the data of the rolling bearing can be more intuitively monitored and analyzed, and the life prediction can be performed.
