摘要:

为了提高脱硝性能、减少氨逃逸率、降低空预器堵塞风险,并满足环保要求的低排放标准,对某电厂2×330MW燃煤机组SCR脱硝系统进行喷氨优化调整试验研究。优化后 #1、 #2机组SCR脱硝系统出口NOx质量浓度分布偏差分别下降了29.6%和45.2%;氨逃逸质量浓度平均下降0.418mg/m3和1.786mg/m3。通过调整喷氨手动阀门开度,合理调节SCR装置的喷氨量,使SCR脱硝系统出口NOx质量浓度分布的均匀性得到明显改进,从而消除了局部氨逃逸峰值,并降低了氨逃逸率。

Abstract:

In order to improve the performance of denitration, reduce ammonia escape rate, reduce the risk of air preheater blockage and meet the environmental requirements of low emission standards, the optimization experiments on ammonia spraying for SCR denitrification system of  a 2×330MW coalfired power plant are studied.The distribution deviations of NOx concentration at the SCR denitrification system outlets of  #1 and  #2 units decreased 29.6% and 45.2% respectively after the optimization. The mass concentrations of ammonia slip were declined by 0.418mg/m3 and 1.786mg/m3 on average. The amounts of ammonia by the SCR device were regulated by adjusting the opening of ammonia injection valve, which improves the distribution uniformity of NOx mass concentration at the outlet of SCR denitrification system significantly, eliminates the peak of localized peak of ammonia slip and reducing the ammonia slip rate.
