摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在新疆第1次安装单容量80MW的水力发电机组，定子铁心叠装工序是控制好铁心叠装质量，保证机组安全运行的一个关键工序。介绍了恰甫其海水电站#1机组定子铁心的结构特点和叠装工艺，以期为以后在该地区安装同类型机组提供参考。

关键词: 定子铁心叠装, 穿心压紧螺杆, 圆度, 波浪度

Abstract: The hydropower generator set is the first 80MW hydropower generator set installed in Xinjiang. The stator core laminating is the key process to control the core quality and to ensure safety operation of the set. The core structure and laminating process were introduced and prepared for reference of the same set in the area.
