摘要: 介绍了等离子燃烧器的点火原理,论述了内蒙古大唐国际托克托发电有限责任公司四期工程等离子燃烧器及其附属系统和辅助设备的配置情况。在此基础上,对等离子点火使用的煤质提出了2点要求。等离子点火技术在内蒙古大唐国际托克托发电有限责任公司的使用,使锅炉在冷态启动中基本上能够实现无油点火且能满足锅炉升温升压曲线要求,以达到节油降耗之目的。

Abstract: The principle of ignition by using plasma burner was introduced. The plasma burner and configuration of its additional system and auxiliary devices in Inner Mongolia Datang International Tuoketuo Power Generation Corporation Limited Project phase IV were discoursed. Based on this, two requirements of coal quality for plasma ignition were put forward. Depending on application the plasma ignition technology in the corporation, the oil free ignition in boiler cold start was realized basically, and requests of boiler temperature raising curve and pressure raising curve were satisfied, so the oil saving purpose was achieved.
