锅炉屏式过热器爆管原因分析

摘要: 某电厂刚投入运行不久的锅炉屏式过热器发生爆管,爆口具有短时超温和长时超温特征。结合爆口的特征,对爆管进一步做金相和硬度等分析,排除了管屏热偏差、锅炉运行操作和管材质量等原因。确定管子在运行中内部存有异物,长期处于超温过热状态,产生氧化皮,后因机组启停氧化皮脱落发生堵管,管子处于严重超温状态,最终导致爆管。

Abstract: The accident of tube cracking in platen superheater of boiler in a power plant was occurred soon after putting into operation, and the chink had features of overtemperature in short time and in long time. Combining the features of the chink, according to the metallographic analysis and hardness test of the cracked tube, some possible reasons were excluded which includes heat deviation of tube platen, misoperation of boiler operator and quality of the tube material. It is defined that there was foreign object in the tube which caused the tube operated in overtemperature at long time, so the oxide coating was created. The oxide coating peeled off during the start up and shutdown and blinded the tube, this caused the tube operated in serious overtemperature, and the tube cracking occurred finally.
