摘要: 介绍了某电厂#4机组子控制系统的工作原理,对子控制系统存在的问题进行了分析,提出了合理可行的优化措施。经对控制方案和参数优化以后,子控制系统具有良好的调节品质,能满足正常运行、负荷变动及RB试验要求。

关键词: 送风控制, 引风控制, 过热汽温, RB试验, 系统优化

Abstract: The working principle of control subsystems of unit No.4 in a certain power plant were introduced, the problems existed in the subsystems were analyzed, and some reasonable, feasible optimizing measures were proposed. After perfecting of control plan and optimization of control parameters, the better adjustment quality of control subsystems was achieved, and the requests of the normal operation, the load variation and the RB test can be satisfied.
