摘要: 对影响离子交换树脂再生酸、碱耗的各种因素进行分析,详细阐述了富拉尔基发电总厂酸、碱耗高的原因和应采取的对策。在防止和减少离子交换树脂污染方面,提出了应用超声波结合传统化学药剂的清洗方法,以提高离子交换树脂工作交换容量,降低再生酸、碱耗量。

Abstract: The factors influencing on consumption of acid and alkali for ion exchange resin regeneration were analyzed. The reasons of high acid and alkali consumption in Fularji General Power Plant and relevant countermeasures were expounded in detail. In order to prevent and decrease the pollution of ion exchange resin, a new resin cleaning method was proposed which integrates the traditional chemical medicament cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning technology. The working exchanging capacity of ion exchange resin was raised and the consumption of acid and alkali was reduced by using the new cleaning method.
