摘要： 在对标管理活动中，为做好节油降耗工作，介绍了湖北西塞山发电有限公司应用气化小油枪点火技术及稳燃装置对#2锅炉燃烧器实施技术改造的情况。在改造过程中，根据煤粉着火燃烧理论结合湖北西塞山发电有限公司锅炉燃料的煤质情况，拆除了最下层的原#1～#4角的百叶窗水平浓淡燃烧器，改造成为微油点火煤粉燃烧器。改造后运行实践表明，该技术能可靠点燃煤粉并稳定燃烧，取得了显著的节油效果。

Abstract: As an oilsaving measure in benchmarking management activity, the technical reformation of the burner of boiler No.2 in Hubei Xisaishan Generation Corporation Limited was introduced, in which the gasified small oil gun ignition technology and combustion stabilizing device were used. According to the pulverized coal burning theory, combining with coal quality fired in the plant practically, the original, louvered, horizontal and concentrateddiluted burners in corners No.1～No.4 were removed and replaced by tinyoil ignition pulverizedcoal burners. The operation practice after reformation shows that the new ignition system can ignite pulverized coal reliably and can keep stable combustion, and then the obvious oilsaving effect was obtained.
