摘要: 基于管道有限元基本理论,结合朔州市格瑞特实业有限公司2×135 MW直接空冷机组排汽管道应力分析的实际问题,根据有关规范要求,对管道系统在自重、热胀、基础沉降差、地震及风载作用下的响应进行了分析,并根据工程实际考虑了各种组合工况的作用,得出了应用该方法确定管道总体应力和支吊架载荷可行且基本满足工程设计需要的结论。

Abstract: Based on thee basic theory of piping FEM, stress analysis of the exhaust steam piping of Shuozhou Geruite ACC Power Plant has been discussed in this paper. Dead weight, thermal expansion, seismic loads, winds and foundation settlement have been considered according to relevant codes. Piping has been analyzed under necessary combined load cases.
