对IGCC电站中废热锅炉技术的探讨

摘要: 废热锅炉是IGCC电站中气化岛中的关键设备,采用废热锅炉对煤气化后合成气的显热进行有效回收能够显著提高IGCC机组的发电效率。废热锅炉的放热工质同时具有高温、高压、强还原性3个特点,其中辐射式废热锅炉的高温腐蚀、密封和排渣问题以及对流式废热锅炉的积灰、堵塞和磨损问题是废热锅炉技术研究中需要重点解决的难点问题。对IGCC电站废热锅炉研究和设计中的几个关键问题进行了总结和分析,并提出了相应的解决意见。

Abstract: The waste heat boiler is key equipment in gasification unit of IGCC power plant. The whole system efficiency can be improved by adopting the waste heat boiler to recover the heat of syngas. The waste heat of the boiler has three characteristics, high temperature, high pressure and strong reduction. Some problems must be pay more attention to solve , such as temperature corrosion, seal, and slag discharge for The radioactive waste heat boiler and fouling, plug and wear for the convection waste heat boiler .The key issues for research and design of waste heat boiler were summarized and analyzed, and the related methods were proposed.
