双进双出磨煤机分离器改造及运行特性分析

摘要:

华电青岛发电有限公司采用BBD4060C型双进双出磨煤机,随着煤质的下降和煤中杂物的增多,其分离器折向挡板堵塞严重,严重影响了制粉系统的安全、稳定运行。对分离器折向挡板进行改造,将其组数和格数减半并将其长度加倍,实际运行中堵塞现象消失,改造效果明显。

Abstract: Huadian Qingdao Power Generation Corporation Limited adopts BBD4060C type double-inlet & double-outlet coal mill, Because of the decrease of coal quality and the increase of sundry things in coal, the separator deflector baffles were blocked up frequently to lead to the negative influence on safety and stability of system running. To solve this problem, the number of deflect baffles was reduced to half, and length was doubled. After the reforming no blockage occurred again.
