摘要: 介绍了基于离心风机叶轮理论的密度式气体纯度在线检测装置的工作原理,分析了混合气体组分对该装置检测误差的影响。总结了因运行维护不当影响该装置检测准确性的因素,以及现场初步判定该气体纯度检测装置纯度指示准确性的方法。

Abstract: The working principle of density-type gas purity on-line detection device based on the centrifugal fan impeller theory was introduced, and the influence of mixed gas composition on its measuring error was analyzed. The factors, which influence on the measuring accuracy caused by improper operation and maintenance, were summarized, and the method for preliminary determination of the detector measuring accuracy was given also.
