500kV线路重合闸不正确动作分析与防范措施

Analysis of an incorrect operation of 500kV line reclosing device and prevention method

摘要: 自动重合闸技术是保证电力系统安全供电和稳定运行的一种有效措施,在国内外的电力系统中都得以广泛应用。介绍了一起华中电网某500kV线路发生故障,线路一侧断路器重合成功,线路另一侧重合闸保护装置不正确动作断路器三跳的事故。通过对此次事故的调查分析,揭示出新线路送电或保护换型后,对保护装置投运前的整组试验,需以“模拟2套保护同时动作”的方式检验装置功能与回路配合的正确性,从而杜绝此事故或其他缺陷的产生。

Abstract: The automatic reclosing technology is an effective measure to guarantee the safety power supply and stable operation of power system, and has been widely used in electric power system domestic and abroad. A reclosing incorrect operation accident occurred in a 500kV line of Central China Power Grid was introduced, in which the reclosing device of one side of the line had reclosed successfully, but the reclosing device of other side of the line had operated incorrectly and the breaker tripped three times. Through the investigation and analysis of this accident, it is shown that for trying transmission of new line or the line in which the protection system was reformed, in order to inspect the correctness of unit functions and circuit coordination, the prior complete set test of protection devices must follow the mode of simulating same step action of two sets of protection devices, so as to avoid the emergence of such accident or other faults.
