汽轮机组汽封间隙的测量与调整方法改进

摘要: 在汽轮机中,汽封的作用是减少汽轮机漏汽损失,合格的汽封间隙能保证汽轮机相对内效率,间隙过小会影响汽轮机的安全运行,过大会减少汽轮机的内效率,在检修中,汽封间隙调整的好坏于机组安全、经济运行至关重要。传统的汽封检修工艺存在诸多不足,使汽封间隙的合格率较差,影响了机组的安全性和经济性。对汽封间隙测调方法进行探讨和改进,保证机组安全、经济运行。

Abstract: The function of steam sealing is to reduce the steam leakage loss of turbine. The qualified labyrinth clearance can ensure the relative inner efficiency of turbine, smaller labyrinth clearance will influence on turbine safety operation, and bigger labyrinth clearance will reduce inner efficiency of turbine. In overhaul, the adjustment quality of labyrinth clearance is very important for turbine safety, economical operation. The traditional labyrinth clearance overhaul process has some defects which cause the qualification rate of labyrinth clearance to be lower. The test and adjustment methods of labyrinth clearance were improved, and which was helpful for unit safety and economical operation.
