超超临界机组低压缸拼缸及焊接变形控制

摘要: 华能玉环电厂超超临界机组低压缸外型尺寸较大。在施工中通过合理的拼缸方法,采用科学的二氧化碳气体保护焊+同步分段倒退焊工艺,有效地控制了低压缸拼缸连接焊接变形。经测量,变形量小于设计值,为其他超超临界百万电厂的拼缸焊接提供有益参考。

Abstract: The low pressure cylinder of ultra supercritical unit in Yuhuan Power Plant of China Huaneng Group has larger contour structure size.By adopting rationale method and scientific welding process: CO2 gasshield welding + synchronous section backwards welding process, the deformation in assembling and welding of low pressure cylinder was controlled effectively, the deformation values were smaller than the design values. This experience could be a useful reference for the assembling and welding of other ultra supercritical unit.
